Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 3+ years home health field experience
  • 1+ year clinical management experience preferred
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Active CPR certification
