Job Summary
Responsible for growth of business through assigned partner channels for Japan, South Korea and Pacific regions, aligned to overall AVEVA partner and offer strategy.
Ensures partner is fulfilling contractual requirements, identifying and addressing partner coverage/capabilities/capacities, and managing partner and customer issue escalations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 ~ 15 years direct enterprise level software sales and/or partner management
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing channel/partners
Knowledge and experience of Operations Technology (OT) application and AVEVA product lines
Able to demonstrate value added selling through AVEVA FLEX Program driving ARR through subscription
People leadership experience
Strong communication skills
Language skills in Japanese
Willing to travel within assigned market/region and APAC
