Set technical direction and engineering standards
Drive execution with well-defined sprints
Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Operations
Coordinate across engineering teams for integration
Design systems that scale to hundreds of clients
Establish operational workflows for client management
Build billing and revenue infrastructure
Nice-to-have
Experience building financial systems
Experience building real-time payment systems
Background in commercial or institutional banking
Experience with crypto-adjacent financial infrastructure
Familiarity with AML/KYB compliance workflows
Experience building developer-facing products
Prior work with workflow orchestration engines
Key Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years in engineering management
Strong distributed systems skills
Strong technical expertise
Track record of zero-to-one product delivery
Experience with enterprise identity and access management
