Job Summary

• The Senior Event Manager manages the success of meetings and conventions requiring facilities of the Pennsylvania Convention Center by independently coordinating and directing the delivery of services to large conventions, exhibitions, and consumer shows.
• Essential duties include meeting with customers to plan and organize events, coordinating activities with service contractors, and providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• The role requires managing multiple events and phases of event production, acting as a key contact with customers, and ensuring timely and accurate information is provided for event success.
