The OST Representative provides onsite system support and guidance on the NC FAST case management system to county departments and DHHS staff statewide, assisting with training and troubleshooting.

Base: $57,983 - $101,470; Recruitment Range: $57,983 - $74,939; Benefits: Comprehensive state benefits including health insurance and retirement plans

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
