Job Summary
Partner with COE leaders and teams to improve stability, flow, and execution against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives.
Develop continuous improvement capability in supervisors, engineers, and operators, enabling teams to independently lead improvements over time.

Base: $91,700.00 - $152,700.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary annual bonus; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, paid time off

Key Requirements
