Job Summary
Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention as they assist patients and families to move rapidly, uneventfully, safely, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care.
Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach, assesses individualized patient needs and plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30a-5p), (4) 9-hour shifts, 36 hrs./week OR add an optional half day of 4 hours for 40 hrs./week. No weekends, holidays, or on call hours.
