Job Summary

  • Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention as they assist patients and families to move rapidly, uneventfully, safely, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care.
  • Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach, assesses individualized patient needs and plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30a-5p), (4) 9-hour shifts, 36 hrs./week OR add an optional half day of 4 hours for 40 hrs./week. No weekends, holidays, or on call hours.
