Base: McLean, VA $120,800 - $137,900; Richmond, VA $109,900 - $125,400; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years managing IT projects or operations teams

  • 2+ years experience with incident management tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • ITIL Certification preferred
  • 3+ years ServiceNow experience preferred
  • 3+ years project management experience preferred
