Provides operational and administrative support to the Chief Pilot on all day-to-day matters.
Responsible for the conduct of safe flight operations and the compliance of all applicable FAA regulations, as well as internal Home Depot policies.
Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff, including personnel issues such as selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development.
