Salary
Base: $24.10 - $36.15 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off

Medication administration including injections
Telephone triage and patient instruction
Point of Care testing and lab specimen handling
Electronic medical record documentation
Patient vital signs and health maintenance support
Compliance with clinical and safety regulations

Key Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license
