Construction Management End‑to‑end management of the project lifecycle including scheduling, supervision, installation sequencing, and compliance with technical and client requirements. Financial & Commercial Management Manage contracts, budgets, financial forecasting, progress claims, variations, commercial terms, and procurement schedules. Safety, Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to Singapore WSH regulations, site safety rules, inspections, quality controls, and CRS standards. Planning & Coordination Support pre‑construction activities, site readiness, material planning, cross‑functional collaboration, scheduling and logistics. Stakeholder Management Maintain client and partner relationships in the SEA region. Represent CRS on site and manage communications. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily site records, progress logs, produce weekly/monthly reports, and ensure proper documentation for commissioning and handover. Commissioning & Handover Ensure all systems are tested, commissioned and delivered in accordance with design and client requirements. Rectify all snag items.
