Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
Successfully completed degree in building services, electrical engineering, or similar
Alternatively, technician or master craftsman qualification
Proficient in HOAI, AHO, VOB/B, and technical standards
Experience with cost and schedule control software
