Job Summary

  • Serves as technical resource in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of Enterprise-wide teammate health and safety processes and practices by coordinating all elements of the teammate safety program at assigned facilities.
  • Responsible for the oversight of project implementations geared towards the continuous improvement of workers compensation losses and workforce safety.
  • Works closely with executive leadership teams, directors, managers as well as the frontline teammates to reduce workplace hazards and mitigate risk.
