Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
  • 3+ years reliability or maintenance experience
  • 3+ years CMMS systems experience SAP preferred
  • 3+ years data analysis and Microsoft Excel
  • Heavy industrial manufacturing environment experience

Nice-to-have

  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional credential
  • Experience with rotating equipment like kilns and crushers
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Machine data analysis tools software SCADA experience
  • Plant automation PLC experience
