Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience in HR payroll and operations
Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices across different countries
Solid understanding of payroll processes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Communications, or related
Strong organizational and project management skills
Fluent in Croatian and English
Knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage
