Job Summary

  • This position exists to provide support to customers in the role of Investigative Trainer, bridging the gap between customer requirements and production outcome as a subject matter expert on LexisNexis and Accurint TraX (ZetX) solutions.
  • The role requires a highly skilled and proficient user of Accurint TraX resources and the investigative process utilized for cellular devices, training and educating customers on best practices.
  • The position will be home-based in the US when not traveling to customers, with approximately 50% travel required.
