Job Summary
Responsible for delivering strategic compensation solutions that align with business goals and employee engagement strategies.
Lead or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including configuration, data management, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, conduct requirement gathering workshops, and translate business needs into system configurations.
