  • Provide expertise and direction on change management, communication, and human capital projects and strategies for Merchandising, Marketing, Online, Customer Contact Centers, and Customer Experience.
  • Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to ensure effective associate experience and lead program and change management aspects for enterprise initiatives impacting business groups.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions, successful change management, and identify measurable outcomes while providing objective HR guidance to drive alignment and create sustainable solutions.
