Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from NASW accredited university
Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
2+ years of clinical and case management experience
Experience with mental health, substance abuse, or geriatric populations
Preferred Doctorate degree
Preferred Accredited or Certified Case Manager certification
