Base: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on Bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits and well-being programs

Provide critical newborn care
Use evidence-based nursing practice
Coordinate patient care in NICU

Key Requirements
Registered Nurse license
Completion of accredited nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
PALS certification within 6 months
One year pediatric inpatient RN experience preferred
