Job Summary

• This role will serve as a key steward of our People systems and data ecosystem, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of workforce data while enabling better insights and decision-making across the business.
• You will partner closely with People & Culture, Finance, IT/Enterprise Systems, and business leaders to maintain and optimize our HR systems, deliver meaningful reporting and analytics, and support the operational backbone of our People programs.

Base: $113,500 - $142,000 (NYC, SF Bay Area, Seattle); $98,000 - $135,000 (Other US); Bonus/Equity: 10% variable compensation program; Benefits: 401(k) match, dental, medical, vision, life insurance
