Must-have
Assist RN with daily patient care activities
Measure and document vital signs accurately
Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection
Maintain patient skin integrity and positioning
Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific growth principles

Strong oral and written communication abilities
Basic computer skills for EMR documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Key Requirements
Nurse Aide certification in good standing with State Registry
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
High School Diploma or GED/HSED required
Must obtain BLS certification within 45 days if not already held
