You will be responsible for technical support for project teams on infrastructure changes, ensuring technical solutions align with contractual commitments and maintainability requirements.
You will pilot maintenance providers for the Grand Paris telecom and network infrastructure contracts, managing industrial strategy, procurement, KPI tracking, operational committees, and financial follow-up.
This role requires technical expertise in production telecom systems, providing Level 2 support through ITIL processes and maintaining technical repositories in collaboration with project and maintenance partners.
