Job Summary
This role directly impacts how fast we can acquire and integrate new agencies and therefore how fast the company grows.
You will lead the Data Infrastructure team, including a Data Platform Lead and additional engineers, and work closely with Analytics, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure that data becomes a core strategic advantage for the company.
We work hard, and we shoot for extremely ambitious results. But we want people to be proud of what they’ve built and be able to look back and say one day “hell yeah, that was me that did it all”.
