Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager – Technology Regulatory Enablement will ensure that Equinix meets its technology regulatory obligations, particularly in the areas of privacy, cybersecurity, operational resilience and AI governance.
  • This role will act as the conduit between the legal and technical teams to drive collaboration and alignment of regulatory, risk management, and operational processes across the enterprise for privacy, cybersecurity, digital operational resilience and AI governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven years of experience in information security, technology risk management, and/or technology compliance
  • Experience of regulatory framework implementation (e.g. GDPR, DORA, NIS2)
  • Strong understanding of technology risk and regulations
  • Strong communications skills (oral and written)
  • Experience guiding teams through complex remediation, modernisation and/or change programs
  • Experience with compliance tools (e.g. OneTrust, ServiceNow)
  • Degrees and/or certifications in information security, technology compliance, or similar preferred
  • Degrees and/or certifications in program management or similar preferred
