Job Summary

  • The Associate Program Manager supports the Change Management Center of Excellence by enabling effective intake, coordination, and enterprise visibility of strategic and operational change initiatives.
  • This role focuses on organizing change demand, supporting governance and prioritization processes, and maintaining clear visibility into change activity, readiness, and sequencing across the organization.
  • The Associate Program Manager partners closely with enterprise change managers, Strategic Project Management, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure change efforts are coordinated, appropriately supported, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
