Job Summary
The Associate Program Manager supports the Change Management Center of Excellence by enabling effective intake, coordination, and enterprise visibility of strategic and operational change initiatives.
This role focuses on organizing change demand, supporting governance and prioritization processes, and maintaining clear visibility into change activity, readiness, and sequencing across the organization.
The Associate Program Manager partners closely with enterprise change managers, Strategic Project Management, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure change efforts are coordinated, appropriately supported, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

Key Requirements
