The Nutrition Care Dietitian will support the culinary medicine program at the Healthy Community Center ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
This role includes screening assessments, individual and group education sessions, and participating in cooking demonstrations to help clients improve their health.
Staff Dietitians are responsible for providing nutritional care which may include screening, nutrition assessment and care plan development according to department policies.
