Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Technician assists in the maintenance and operation of all related mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and other building related equipment.
  • Competently handle routine tenant comfort calls and perform most PM functions with little or no direct supervision.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in HVAC mechanical concepts
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • High school diploma or equivalent
