Lift and carry equipment up to 35lbs
Climb and balance on top of railcars
Maintain neat and orderly work area

Previous welding or mechanical experience
Prior railcar knowledge or industry background
Ability to pass DOT requirements
Strong familiarity with AAR rules
Enthusiasm for growth and progressive thinking
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be legal to work in US without sponsorship
Obtain Welding and Airbrake Test certifications within 6-12 months
Pass NDT disciplines and function specific certifications
Demonstrate ability to pass DOT Requirements
