  • Lift and carry equipment up to 35lbs
  • Climb and balance on top of railcars
  • Maintain neat and orderly work area

Nice-to-have

  • Previous welding or mechanical experience
  • Prior railcar knowledge or industry background
  • Ability to pass DOT requirements
  • Strong familiarity with AAR rules
  • Enthusiasm for growth and progressive thinking

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be legal to work in US without sponsorship
  • Obtain Welding and Airbrake Test certifications within 6-12 months
  • Pass NDT disciplines and function specific certifications
  • Demonstrate ability to pass DOT Requirements
