  • This role is responsible for driving continuous improvements in yield, quality, cost, and cycle time through hands-on process ownership, data-driven analysis, and close partnership with manufacturing operations.
  • Responsibilities include developing improvements to manufacturing processes, root cause investigation of discrepant material, and optimizing processes to lower cost and maximize output.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Au Plate or CMP
  • Able to work on-site in cleanroom
  • US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, or protected individual
