The Project Lead will provide strategic and operational leadership for the PIVOT-TPT project across Maharashtra and Odisha states.
Responsibilities include formalizing partnerships with government officials, managing recruitment, and overseeing the deployment of virtual TPT clinics.
The role requires extensive travel within Maharashtra and to Odisha to coordinate with NTEP officials and private sector stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-12 years public health program management
5-6 years TB elimination program experience
NTEP guidelines and Ni-kshay system knowledge
Private sector engagement and PPP models
Digital health tools and tele-consultation platforms
Fluency in English Hindi and Marathi
Nice-to-have
Experience with portable digital X-ray services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Experience with demand generation frameworks
Knowledge of QuantiFERON Gold Plus-IGRA diagnostics
Key Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Public Health or Medicine
Minimum 10-12 years experience in public health
At least 5-6 years in TB elimination programs
Direct responsibility for milestone-based deliverables
