Job Summary
Guest Services Representatives are responsible for delivering best in class service to ensure an exceptional guest experience for all internal and external guests.
The role requires acting as a member of the emergency evacuation team by communicating with and directing guests during a facility emergency.
Candidates must be able to occasionally push guests in a wheelchair which requires ability to grasp, push, pull and maneuver up to 300lbs on wheels.

1 year customer service experience
Ability to push wheelchair up to 300lbs
Work evenings weekends and holidays
Maintain professional demeanor and dress code

Experience in sports or entertainment facility

Ability to interact calmly with angry guests
Knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures
Key Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency
Minimum 1 year customer service related work experience
Ability to speak understand and follow direction in English
