CHSGa is seeking a Clinical Information Services (CIS) Specialist - Level I to support technology adoption and enablement initiatives within their non-profit healthcare organization. The role requires collaboration with various teams to facilitate project management tasks, user training, and change management efforts, with a focus on improving clinical technology workflows
Job Summary
Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support CIS projects, including readiness activities, go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
Support change management and user adoption efforts by reinforcing new workflows, assisting users during go-live, and providing frontline guidance.
Track adoption metrics such as training participation, attendance, completion, basic utilization indicators, and user feedback.
