Must-have
2 years electrical or mechanical test experience
Hands-on hardware assembly and installation skills
Ability to read wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
Experience with vibration, thermal, and RF testing
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
Nice-to-have
A&P or Inspection Authorized (IA) certification
Prior aircraft or aerospace hardware experience
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Linux environments
Experience with Altium, Mentor PCB, or NX software
Strong attention to detail and error correction
Key Requirements
High school diploma OR Bachelor's in STEM field
US Citizenship, Green Card, Refugee, or Asylee status required
A&P certification or equivalent aviation maintenance background preferred
