JLL UK is seeking a Shift Technician in Hong Kong to oversee the maintenance and management of critical infrastructure systems within data centers. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in engineering, relevant licenses, and experience in facilities management, particularly in high-pressure environments.

Job Summary
Achieve excellence in preventative and reactive maintenance programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative maintenance techniques and statutory and contractual compliance.
Monitor and operate data centre infrastructure systems, including HVSB, transformer, LVSB, Generators, Fuel System, UPS system, Busway, Power Distributions Units, ATS, HVAC, Chilled water system, Fan Wall units, Plumbing and drainage, Fire detection and suppression system, Building management system BMS/CMS.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards and maintain all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures at all times.

Key Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Holder of REW A License
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data centres, critical facilities, or industrial plant operations
Strong technical knowledge and practical, hands-on experience with critical infrastructure systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
