Job Summary

  • This role will provide legal support for the organization and is responsible for protecting White Cap’s interests in disputes, claims, and litigation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Partner with outside counsel in legal proceedings to ensure accuracy, organization, and strategic alignment throughout all phases of litigation, including fact investigations, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
  • Develops training material and educates employees on legal issues, company policies, and best practices.
