The FAcT Air Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and execution of all flight operations functions supporting the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program.
This position manages the Dispatch and Scheduling Team, providing leadership, direction, and mentorship while maintaining and updating Dispatch SOPs and ensuring compliance with operational airworthiness requirements.
Through strong stakeholder alignment, the Air Operations Manager contributes to the overall safety, efficiency, and success of the FAcT flight training program.
