The Aquatic & Park Service Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe recreational environment by ensuring guests follow water park policies and responding to emergencies.
This role involves leading a team of approximately 30+ lifeguards, enforcing established rules, and maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.
The position requires acting as the first responder for medical needs, completing first aid reports, and activating the Emergency Action Plan when necessary.

Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Current Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification preferred
Ability to perform deep water rescue drills
Working towards High School Diploma or GED preferred
Two years experience in aquatics operation preferred
