Must-have
7 years industry experience in pharmaceutical or CRO
4 years people management or project management experience
Thorough understanding of ICH GCP and health authority requirements
Fluent in written and verbal English
Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
Nice-to-have
Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Experience in Oncology drug development
Advanced degrees preferred
Valid driver's license in applicable countries
Demonstrated team leadership experience
