  • The position will play a key role in coordinating with Third Parties and in the transition to production of technological solutions, guaranteeing the quality standards (performance, availability, and resilience) of the service.
  • Your main responsibilities will include comprehensive management of technological providers and tracking of SLAs, tracking incidents, changes, and remediation plans, and elaboration of service KPIs.
