This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources.
Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed.
This includes having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
