• This role partners closely with functional leaders, trainers or process owners to define learning needs, build technical curriculum plans and support career pathways.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of L&D experience
• Experience in construction industry preferred
• Proven experience designing technical training programs
