Project schedule and budget tracking
Vendor RFP coordination and negotiation
On-site presence 4-5 days/week
Project status reporting and financial tracking
Risk identification and mitigation

Strong interpersonal communication skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years relevant work experience
Construction management or real estate experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/Project Management Applications
Ability to prepare and track budgets, schedules, and project risk
Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
