Job Summary

  • Support Channel Account Managers by engaging, educating, and enabling Channel Partners and Technology Services Distributors (TSDs) to successfully position and deliver PolyAI solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions, technical reviews, and workshops to understand customer environments, technical requirements, and business objectives, and guide partners through requirements gathering and evaluation processes for Conversational AI solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to bring field insights back into product development and innovation, and contribute to technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and security questionnaires.
