Job Summary

  • Ensures staff training, development and knowledge throughout concession outlets is maintained at optimum levels to facilitate the guests’ experience.
  • Manages inbound and outbound vessel clearance, passenger visa requirements, port requirements files, and communication of departure manifests.
  • Facilitates the training of Front Desk Staff in financial aspects of the operation and coaches Assistant Pursers for progression.
