Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Global Payroll Sales or Pre-Sales Solution Consulting
  • Proven consultancy and/or sales experience with global payroll processes and Workday systems
  • Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
  • Very good understanding of sales cycles and sales processes
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Demonstrated ability to employ consultative techniques
