  • Configuration management and change management
  • Cross-functional leadership in complex ecosystems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with CM-PLM transformation projects
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Strong bilingual English and French communication skills
  • Background in automotive or defense sectors
  • IT project management and application development skills

Key Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 years of aerospace/defense/engineering experience

  • Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Proficiency in configuration management and DOA requirements
