Job Summary

  • Assist Concessions / Food Room to ensure that all kitchen orders are delivered in prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service Standards and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.
  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift and keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles.
