Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team while ensuring advocacy for the customer.
  • This role serves as the voice of the customer during production meetings and partners with Sales to meet requirements and grow sales for Factory Direct and Enterprise accounts.
  • The manager is responsible for developing unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and driving team performance towards key metrics like Order Acknowledgement Cycle Time.
