Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the management of IOM’s prevention of and response to sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) activities in Ukraine.
Responsibilities include supporting the development of an operational PSEAH Work Plan, overseeing the inclusion of PSEAH within IOM Country Office Strategy, and contributing to the in-country interagency PSEAH Network.
Key duties involve supporting SEA risk assessments, coordinating PSEA trainings, and developing communication strategies to raise awareness on prohibited behaviors and reporting mechanisms.
